What is Zapier?

Zapier is an online service platform that automates your workflow. Zapier works by connecting different apps and services that you use for your work. When this app connects, it makes workflow loops stronger and more automated. Moreover, you do not have to do technical coding or integration with Zapier. Anybody can use it without any technical knowledge.
For example, you can send a text message to a number through ExpertTexting when someone places their order on Shopify. Thus, making it more automated. Similarly, you can integrate over 4000 different apps to make your workflow more efficient.
Each integration is called a Zap and you can make almost unnumbered Zaps on premium accounts. A free account gives you about 100 tasks per month. Each Zap has a trigger and an action. As soon as a trigger happens on your setup app, the action takes place. Every time an action takes place against a trigger, a 'task' happens.

How does the ExpertTexting integration work?

As one of the many apps that offer Zapier Integration, we currently offer just one trigger and action. However, we will add more in the future so stay up to date.

You can set up a trigger when you receive an incoming message in your ExpertTexting's account.

The action is to send a message via ExpertTexting.

What is the pricing structure?

ExpertTexting is part of the standard plan of Zapier. However, the standard account may have some limitations on the number of tasks you can perform with Zapier in a month.

Any automated messages sent because of the 'Send SMS' action on Zapier is charged according to the ExpertTexting pricing. Please see our pricing page for more details.

How to get started with the Zapier integration?

Zapier integration requires no such efforts. Follow the following steps.
  • If you do not have an account with ExpertTexting, then create an account here.
  • Create an account on Zapier by clicking here.
  • Connect your ExpertTexting account to Zapier by following the steps mentioned here.
  • Begin creating your zaps.
When you begin creating zaps, you require no technical knowledge. Just a few options here and there and you are good to go.
