Sender ID :

Sender ID in the UAE is supported for one-way transactional and promotional traffic. Users can send OTPs, Alerts and notifications as well as promotions using their business or product name.

Requirements :

Sender ID in UAE is activated by pre-registration with the carriers. Applicants need to provide a filled NOC form on company letter and company stamp along with a copy of trade license in the UAE. The one time registration fee for a Sender ID is $50 USD.

Unicode :

This enables users to send messages in any language using Unicode characters. In other words, you can send messages in Arabic as well, which is the most common language in the Middle East.
Short code :

We also offer a short code for UAE. Customers can send their transactional or promotional messages using our dedicated short code 1358.

Network Delay :

Messages are sent out instantly from our portal. However, there are some rare temporary delays from the networks due to network congestion. This may be due to some special trending events like holidays and notable events, etc. Messages are still delivered within 15 minutes.

2) Message Failed

Insufficient Balance :

Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account to send messages according to your volume requirement.
Carrier Spam Filter :

Messages should be sent out according to their use case. Illegal content or spam is usually filtered out by the carriers.
